Eligibility
All individuals applying to join the agency must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Provide valid government-issued identification confirming their age
Provide accurate personal and contact information to the agency
Independent Contractor Status
All escorts working with the agency do so as independent contractors, not employees
Escorts maintain full control over:
Their working hours
Which bookings they accept or decline
The services they offer within legal boundaries
The agency acts only as a booking and advertising platform connecting clients with independent escorts
Professional Conduct
Escorts agree to:
Conduct themselves professionally with all clients
Treat clients, staff, and other escorts with respect
Avoid illegal activities or behavior that may harm the reputation of the agency
Follow all local laws and regulations related to escorting
Safety & Client Screening
The agency may conduct client screening where possible but cannot guarantee client behavior
Escorts are responsible for their own personal safety decisions and may decline any booking at any time
Escorts must immediately report suspicious or dangerous clients to the agency
Bookings & Payments
The agency may collect a commission or service fee from bookings arranged through the platform
Payment structure and commission percentages will be clearly communicated before work begins
Escorts agree not to bypass the agency to avoid commission when dealing with agency-provided clients
Confidentiality
Escorts must maintain strict confidentiality regarding client identities and private information
Sharing client details, screenshots, or personal information without consent is prohibited
Privacy & Media Use
Escorts must consent before the agency uses:
Photos
Profiles
Promotional content
Escorts confirm they have the legal right to use and distribute the photos provided
Health & Personal Responsibility
Escorts are responsible for maintaining their own health, safety, and wellbeing
The agency does not require or control personal services offered beyond legal advertising and booking arrangements
Right to Decline or Remove Members
The agency reserves the right to:
Decline applications
Suspend or terminate membership if escorts:
Violate these terms
Provide false information
Engage in illegal activities
Damage the agency’s reputation
Termination
Escorts may leave the agency at any time by providing written notice
Upon termination, escort profiles and advertising may be removed from agency platforms
Liability Disclaimer
The agency acts solely as an introduction and advertising service
The agency is not responsible for:
Personal interactions between escorts and clients
Disputes arising from bookings
Actions taken independently by escorts or clients
Acceptance of Terms
By registering with the agency, escorts confirm that:
They are 18 years or older
They have read and agree to these terms
They understand they operate as independent contractors
