By joining the Agency, the Member agrees to abide by these T&C in full.
Eligibility & Registration
Members must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of consent in their jurisdiction).
1.2 Members must provide accurate identification and any requested documentation for verification.
1.3 Membership is contingent upon passing background checks and verification procedures.
1.4 Any false information or concealment of identity is grounds for immediate dismissal.
Professional Conduct
2.1 Members shall act professionally, courteously, and respectfully toward all clients and Agency staff.
2.2 Illegal activities, including but not limited to sex trafficking, solicitation outside legal bounds, or substance abuse during service, are strictly prohibited.
2.3 Members must comply with Agency policies regarding appearance, punctuality, and service standards.
2.4 Any violation of professional conduct may result in disciplinary action, up to and including immediate termination.
Booking & Pricing
3.1 All rates and fees must be transparent and agreed upon in advance.
3.2 Members may not alter agreed-upon pricing without Agency approval.
3.3 Agency reserves the right to set minimum rates or fees for services to ensure fairness and compliance.
3.4 Payments are handled in accordance with Agency policy; members may not accept unapproved payments from clients.
Safety & Privacy
4.1 The Agency implements client verification processes to ensure member safety.
4.2 Members must report any unsafe situations, harassment, or suspicious client behavior immediately.
4.3 Agency will protect members’ personal information and expects members to maintain client confidentiality at all times.
4.4 Sharing of client or Agency data without authorization is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate dismissal.
Rules & Compliance
5.1 Members must follow all Agency rules and procedures at all times.
5.2 Non-compliance or repeated violations of rules will result in disciplinary action, including suspension or permanent dismissal.
5.3 Members are responsible for ensuring their activities comply with all applicable laws.
5.4 Any illegal activity will be reported to the proper authorities immediately.
Termination & Disciplinary Actions
6.1 Membership may be terminated for:
Breach of T&C
Engaging in illegal activities
Endangering clients or other members
Non-compliance with Agency policies
6.2 Termination is effective immediately upon notice from the Agency.
6.3 Members may not claim compensation for termination resulting from rule violations.
Liability & Indemnity
7.1 The Agency is not liable for personal disputes, client actions, or incidents occurring outside of Agency control.
7.2 Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Agency from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from their personal actions.
7.3 Members are responsible for ensuring their own safety and health while performing services.
Amendments
8.1 The Agency reserves the right to update or modify these T&C at any time.
8.2 Members will be notified of changes, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of updates.
Acknowledgment
By signing below, the Member acknowledges:
They have read and understood the T&C
They agree to comply fully with all rules and policies
They accept that violation of any T&C may result in immediate dismissal without compensation.
Client Rules & Conduct
10.1 Respect:
All clients must treat members with courtesy and respect at all times. Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited. The Agency reserves the right to refuse service to any client violating this rule.
10.2 Right to Cancel:
Members have the full right to cancel any session at their discretion. Clients must respect this decision without dispute or pressure.
10.3 Payments:
All payments must be made in full at the start of each session. Members are not required to provide services until payment is received.
10.4 Cancellation Fees:
Same-day cancellations are subject to a £50 cancellation fee. All outstanding charges, including cancellation fees, must be fully paid before the client is eligible to book future sessions.
10.5 Travel Fees & Deposit:
Traveling outside the usual service area may incur additional fuel or travel costs. For such bookings, a £50 deposit is required to confirm the session. This deposit must be paid in advance, and travel or fuel charges will be communicated before confirmation.
10.6 Agency Rights:
The Agency reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban clients who fail to comply with these rules, refuse payment, or engage in any behavior that endangers members or violates these T&C.
